crushing. They are suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hard and fragility materials. Such as limestone, salt, gypsum, coal, alum, tile, coal gangue, etc. It can make the different size materials into uniform size with the compression strength less than 150MPA. Working Principle
When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material may enter into the pulverized cavity evenly. It is cut and tore by the high-speed impact. Rotating the hammer until it is completely crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material forces them to hit guard and fence on the frame. Materials smaller than the size of the screen will pass through the sieve plate, while the bigger material will be placed on the plate and it will continue to be affected by the hammer until they are crushed.
